Job Description

Primary Role: SFDC TrainerLocation : Mumbai/Pune/BangaloreTechnical Skills:

  • At least 5+ years hands-on experience in all facets of Salesforce Configuration & Customization including Apex coding
  • Strong knowhow on various fundamental building blocks and protocols within SFDC like Integration, Data Migration, Reports & Dashboards
  • Ability to provide on-line/in-person training on Platform Developer I, Programming Lightning Development, Platform Builder, Community and Integration
  • Self leaner and complete trailheads and start providing training on new features like LWC, Einstein etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM with in-depth expertise and experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Strong knowhow on Lightning so as to be able to effectively articulate the prominence of Lightning versus Classic
  • Well versed with the Salesforce ecosystem and evolving trends so as to be able to effectively articulate those to wider audiences
  • Certified Admin & PD1
  • Experience in Community Cloud & Lightning Web Components will be a big plus
