Job Title: Sales Executive - Restaurant Sales Property name: Marmalade Kitchen & Bar Location: Yelahanka Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive restaurant sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** - Identify potential restaurant clients through market research, online directories, and networking. - Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. 2. **Client Acquisition:** - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to restaurant owners and decision-makers. - Collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. - Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals. 3. **Account Management:** - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant clients. - Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer support. - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on product enhancements and promotions. 4. **Sales Targets:** - Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth. - Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management. 5. **Market Research:** - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. - Analyze market data to identify potential areas for expansion and market penetration. 6. **Documentation and Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management. 7. **Team Collaboration:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategies. - Provide valuable feedback from the field to improve products and services.
