Job Description

Key Responsibilities :- Create risk models across marketing stage, underwriting stage, portfolio management, and collection- Lead improvements in credit performance by connecting future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses- Create solution frame-works, develop hypotheses, test, and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan- Monitor portfolio and Identify challenges and opportunities and provide solutions using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations- Perform analytics to assist new product programs and new product launches across various lending products- Play a role of the tenacious decision maker, able to bring a different perspectives, evolve risk management practice, and ability to bring healthy, aggressive, yet executable approach- Display an intense focus on achieving short and long-term goals. Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environmentEligibility criteria :- Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Science / Risk analytics in Bank / NBFC / Fintech / Consulting - Bachelor or Master from a premier institute - Successful track record of thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment- Experience in working with Python / R / SAS / Scala or any other statistical tools with ability to implement solutions- Excellent problem-solving skills required,
