Job Description

The institutional asset management industry is evolving. State Street Global Advisors is seeking a talented individual who can support and enable our client facing teams to succeed in this environment. Are you that person Asa Team Manager with State Street Global Advisors Global Institutional Group, you will take an active role in managing RFP process, with responsibility to ensure the team creates accurate, high-quality, and compelling requests for proposal, requests for information and due diligence questionnaires for prospective institutional clients and consultants. You will be part of a global team responsible for:

  • Manage the RFP team of 10-15 members
  • Ensure the team creates accurate, high-quality, and compelling requests for proposal, requests for information and due diligence questionnaires for prospective institutional clients and consultants
  • Review the documents created by Senior RFP Specialists to check for quality on correctness of the information and data
  • Work with client facing and Product teams to analyze the changes required to the process
  • Ensure the firm brand, product messaging, and tone are consistent throughout the documents created by the RFP writers
  • Mitigate risk involved in the RFP process by working with subject matter experts to ensure that language and data meet regulatory requirements
  • Continually looking for ways to improve and simplify the RFP team s processes through automation
  • Maintaining and logging information for RFP reporting metrics
  • Work with the respective IT teams on automating process where ever feasible
This role is part of the Global Request for Proposal, Request for Information and Due Diligence Questionnaire Team and in that role you will also matrix report to Global Head of the process.,
