Responsible for merchandising company product and ensuring programs and methods are being used correctly. Educate clients on all aspects of seafood or perishable sales; assist in store sales and setting up displays/special seafood promotional events. Responsible for educating all stores seafood products for retail sale. To ensure total customer satisfaction through complete and reliable delivery service. Responsible for handling the product carefully and in a timely manner to the correct destination. Picking and packing orders. Drive and deliver orders to customers. Load and unload products. Configure routes when necessary to help improve service levels to customers. Provide efficient, productive operations of company and product. Verify order to ensure correct products loaded. Ensure goods are loaded into trucks in a safe and logical order. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and report any maintenance problems to manager. Provides superior customer service. Prepares and cuts meat products in accordance with company guidelines on merchandise presentation safety sanitation customer service and suggestive selling. Orders stocks and displays all fresh meat fish poultry and prepackaged products. Uses professional cutlery saws cubers and grinders to process bulk meat and other duties as required. Duties include but not limited to: Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a professional fish cutter. Must have working knowledge of seafood production equipment. Demonstrated ability to fillet all types of whole fish in accurate and timely manner. Ability to reduce processing costs but cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields as well as meeting customer specs. Clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing. Cut and trim meat to prepare for packing. Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat. Obtain and distribute specified meat or carcass. Process primal parts into cuts that are ready for retail use. Remove parts, such as skin, feathers, scales or bones, from carcass. Separate meats and byproducts into specified containers and seal containers. Use knives, cleavers or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. Weigh meats and tag containers for weight and contents. Ability to problem solve in terms of trimming and product substitutions. ,
