Job Description

    Job Title: Scrum Master, AWM Change Mobilization / Product CoE As a Scrum Master, youll act as a servant leader for your team(s) by facilitating clear communication to management and to the team. Our Scrum Masters are open, approachable, collaborative, and enjoy working with passionate people. Theyre proactive in solving problems to help their team(s) succeed. The Scrum Master drives Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. They embrace agility as a practice. The Scrum Master is responsible for removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and has a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes. Responsibilities :
    • Facilitate AGILE/Scrum ceremonies
    • Manage dependencies across product teams and document them in Jira/Confluence
    • Maintain roadmaps and provide regular reporting (e.g., business reviews, product cabinets, progress of issue resolution, risk mitigation, etc.).
    • Analyze and resolve project related issues and follow through with set objectives and tracking as needed.
    • Work closely with the Engagement and Product Managers to support the successful delivery of their solutions following our client journey and the business needs.
    • Strong communication skills, providing timely transparency of Initiative/program/project status and tracking against OKRs/ KRI/ KPIs.
    • Build partnerships with peer groups within Change mobilization, Technology, Customer s transformation teams, risk and control, and other capability teams.
    • You might lead a team of highly motivated individuals and encourage them to develop new capabilities and competencies through continuous learning, development, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
    • Influence cross-functional internal and external teams.
    • Work with Product owners to align team with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
    • Champion continuous improvement and planning activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaches teams to conduct continuous improvement events
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose plans to achieve an operational excellence across the organization

    Qualifications Education & Work Experience Minimum:
    • Experience as a practicing Scrum Master on a team
    • Experience in large scale Product, Technology and Transformation projects that involve distributed global and cross functional teams.
    • At least 8+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, product teams, and/or technology to implement technical and non-technical solutions to address business process challenges.
    Preferred :
    • Expert with Agile and Scrum framework and its application in Product Development and delivery organization
    • Exposure to modern engineering practices like Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration
    • Experience with developing and presenting to stakeholder and senior leads
