Job Description

Check and Create Project request
Capacity planning
Planning of all required resources with resource manager
Resource, timelines, and project costs have to be taken care of and aligned permanently with project manager
Conflicts and bottlenecks have to be made transparently as early as possible and should be solved
Prepare All information for ongoing projects
Create project plan, give a good structure to the project
Be part of project team
Together with Project manager - realize project targets: Cost (Project & Investment), Timeline and Quality
permanent check: Target vs Actual
Report to project management, plant management and to the board
Create final project report
Responsible for problem solving, risk analysis
Approve milestones in between gateways
Have a good contact to HQ and Global
