• Work as a Business Analyst, Understanding of data and data architecture, metrics and the importance of these in the design and delivery of new dashboards. Able, to identify and engage data owners
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Ability to a process mapping and have experience in Risk Transformation.
• Should have knowledge on requirement gathering and BRD/FRD documentation
• Relevant experience of controls required to assure quality and completeness of the solution and its data
• The ability to challenge what we are doing, to take our dashboard designs to the next level in terms of design and technology use.
• Experience of working with cross-line-of-business working groups to design dashboards and approve solutions
• Dashboard delivery
• Demonstrable experience of designing dashboards to meet the requirements of a diverse group of users.
• A solid understanding of risk management.
• Knowledge of the latest dashboard technologies and trends.
Other Desirable experience:
• Programme delivery on strategic programmes
• Dealing with exec level management
• TOM development
• Regulatory Requirements mapping and gap analysis
• Governance and Reporting and MI / dashboarding delivery
• Should have good understanding of Market Risk and Model Validation Process is must
• Experience with CCAR/DFAST Models
• Sound understanding of financial modeling and econometrics will be preferred
• Should have prior experience in risk related areas, viz., market and liquidity risk
• Should have the knowledge of:
  • Financial product knowledge: Options, Swaps etc.
  • Linear/Logistic Regression, Black Scholes Model, Binomial Pricing Model
  • Statistical Concept VaR, Expected Shortfall, Greeks and Taylor Series Expansion etc.
  • Experience with Bloomberg system, R/SAS, Excel-VBA
• Should have strong communication skills with client facing experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
• Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours. Ability to work well in teams
