    Position:Regional Collection ManagerLocation:North and South RegionsExperience:8 years (Experience with banks required)Role Overview:The Regional Collection Manager will oversee collection operations across the North and South regions, ensuring effective management and performance of the collection teams. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of banking collections.Key Responsibilities:Team Management and Leadership:
    • Lead and manage collection teams across assigned regions.
    • Develop training programs and provide continuous support to enhance team performance.
    Vendor Management:
    • Oversee third-party collection agencies and ensure their adherence to service level agreements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize collection processes.
    Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve regional targets.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve collection processes.
    Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for regional collection matters.
    Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all collection activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance to senior management.
    Data Analysis and Decision Making:
    • Analyze collection data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize collection strategies and enhance overall performance.
