Job Description

Managing end to end recruitment cycle - includes head hunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and follows ups till candidate onboard
Effective communication with the client
Good team player and team builder, capable of multi-tasking in different key roles as the situation demand
Complete ownership of the position closures through conventional and non-conventional sources
Adhere to the process in fulfilling the recruitment cycle with the company standards
Achieve monthly target billing revenue
On time reporting of recruitment closures
Ensuring maximum information is extracted from the client on the new job descriptions
Getting the feedback on the profiles sent
Follow up with the clients on a daily basis to know the interview results/status
