Job Description

  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Prepare Offer/appointment and complete post offer activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management is a must.
  • Coordinating the interviews, understanding the business requirements & designing the job specs.
SHARE your talentWe re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
  • 4-8 years of experience into recruitment.
  • MBA/PGDBM HR
  • Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes ( phone interviewing , reference check etc).
  • Should have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Campus placement exposure shall be an add on.
  • Should have handled volume/bulk hiring.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, & procedures
  • Good team player & collaborator.
  • Knowledge of working on recruitment tools like Taleo would be a plus.
