    Job description for the role of a Resident Warden-UG ProgramWere launching a fully residential 4-Year Undergraduate Program delivered by 100+ leaders from Google, Microsoft, Uber etc. Learners graduating from the program will be awarded both - a BSc in Computer Science from BITS Pilani & a Master in Computer Science from globally accredited Woolf University.The founders of Scaler School of Technology, and are IIIT Hyderabad alums with leadership experience across Facebook (working directly with Mark Zuckerburg and setting up the London Office) and NYC-based retail marketplace unicorn .     • Resident wardens (both male + female) required
    • Years of experience: 2+ Years
    • Open for duties for 7 days a week
    Skills and Experience
    • Excellent level of spoken and written English
    • An ability to connect with young people
    • Be Organised, flexible, calm and approachable
    • First Aid trained (or agreement to be trained)
    Responsibilities :
    • Responsible for discipline and decorum in the micro campus
    • Responsible for in & out time tracking of all students
    • Responsible for attendance in the micro campus every night
    • Responsible for the safety of students
    • To be a SPOC for scaler to Stanza for all issues related to micro campus
    • To be a SPOC to parents for all issues related to students
    • Head of operations at the hostel- everything will flow through them
    • Responsible for conducting all events in the main campus
    • Ensuring all notice boards have updated & correct info.
    • The Duty of a Resident warden is to Serve as administrator, supervisors, and community-builders on their respective halls and floors in their buildings.
    • The Wardens shall be responsible for the health, hygiene, and general welfare of the students residing in the halls of residence which are specifically assigned to him/her and shall attend to all matters of health, sickness, diet, sanitation and cleanliness.
    • They shall hall be responsible for the students and shall ensure that the students concerned observe the rules framed for their guidance and maintenance of decorum.
