Role: Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter- Revenue Cycle Management Location: Bangalore/ Pune/ Hyderabad Summary: We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent in the Revenue Cycle Management field. As a recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, sourcing, and selecting candidates for various positions in our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for Revenue Cycle Management roles, and a strong understanding of the customer service industry. Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent in Revenue Cycle Management. Identify and source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience. Manage the candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines. Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for Revenue Cycle Management roles. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and key players. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
