Job Description

  • Quality assurance for development projects
  • Definition and planning of measures in the project in close cooperation with the project leader and project team
  • Evaluation and reporting of the quality status of a project and definition and tracking of corrective actions
  • Support of the project team in questions related to the development process
  • Coordination of clarification-meetings with the OEM with respect to items related to development quality assurance
  • Initiation of corrective actions for product and process non-conformities and escalation if applicable
  • Giving feedback based on the experiences in the project in order to improve the development process
  • Support of internal and external audits (e.g. Automotive SPICE , IATF 16949 )
  • Support in process improvement activities (definition and rollout)
  • Experience in system- or software-development in the automotive industry
  • Knowledge in process-models, e.g. A-SPICE (ISO/IEC 15504) or CMM/CMMI
  • Knowledge in development-methodologies and processes
  • Motivation, initiative, assertiveness, ability to work in a team
