Job Description

  • Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : QlikView and QlikSense Job Description Candidate should have more than 4 years of experienced and having good knowledge on below Area of Qlikview and QlikSense: 1 Ongoing management of the QlikView/QlikSense server platform 2 Qlikview, Qliksense, NPrinting Server and Publisher maintenance 3 Creating Workspace for Qliksense and Qlikview Applications and mounting it on the server 4 Creating data connections for Qlikview and Qliksense on Server side 5 Troubleshooting the user requests and finding RCA for the issues 6 Troubleshooting the Server related issues 7 Working on scalability testing of dashboards for performance tuning and monitoring the Load balancing of servers 8 Worked with developers/application team for multiple issues related with Qliksense/Qlikview 9 Deployment of Qlikview Dashboards and creating tasks, schedules, EDX triggers 10 Removing the documents from the Qlikview Server and Access Point 11 Installing extensions on Qlikview Servers 12 Installing mashups and extension
