*Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design functional, integration and regression test plans, build and execute manual and automated tests and perform highly complex analysis for multiple products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience., *- Total 8+ Years of IT industry experience mostly in UI Automation.- Hands on experience in Automation framework creation from scratch with Selenium Webdriver (Java) and Cucumber.- Hands on experience working on Maven.- Experience with Version control tools- GIT.- Excellent in OOPs and design patterns.- H ands-on test automation development experience in Behaviour Driven Framework (BDD)- Good Understanding of Automation run in CI/CD pipeline is desirable.- Strong team player, self motivated and have ability to work with teams in various timezones.- Strong Analytical,Problem solving and Debugging skills required.- Hands on experience of testing with Linux environment would be a big plus.- Strong QA concepts including testcase development, test execution, test report sharing, Defect filing, following up with developers to close critical items.- Experience in working with Distributed teams following Agile process with strong communication and negotiation skills.- Experience with Tools like Jira.- Sound knowledge on SQL queries.- Participates in reviews of automated and manual tests and has the drive to enhance automation coverage thereby minimizing manual testing.- Assists team members in troubleshooting the root cause of complex customer issues and implementation-related issues- Candidate is expected to work independently while helping the team in resolving priority issues.
