Job Description

What youll get to do

  • Lead the product delivery efforts within the constraints of schedule, scope, features/functionality, and budget
  • Work independently or with other technical teams, to deliver optimal solutions for customers following best practices
  • Monitor and report on all aspects of projects including progress, project profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications and critical issues
  • Create and manage the SoW Project Plans for customer deliverables
  • Implement best practices to improve the methodology and quality of customer engagements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects have the best people with the right skills and at the right time
  • Act as the Single Point Of Contact for customers, for all the project deliverables
Our ideal Project Manager:
  • Comes with at least 5-8 years of work experience in customer-facing positions, preferably with a Product based company
  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment with large enterprise account management, translating to high customer satisfaction scores
  • Has the ability to lead, manage complex and concurrent projects
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate with all individuals cutting across hierarchies in an organization and be a good influencer
  • Preferably has professional certifications like PMP, Agile, ITIL, etc.
  • Has used formal project management tools like MS Project, Visio, Smartsheets, JIRA, etc.
  • Possesses strong analytical as well as organizational skills with an ability to handle competing client demands
