Job Description

  • Min 8 to 12 years of IT experience, including experience in designing big data & cloud solution architecture
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud technology (Azure)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in big data technology (Hortonworks & Cloudera)
  • Hands on experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft platforms, Web Services, designing and building frameworks, enterprise patterns, database design and development
Hands on experience in (> 6 points)
  1. End to end Cloud solution (Azure)
  2. End to end Big data solution (Hortonworks, Cloudera)
  3. Real-time solution (Kafka, Azure Event Hub, Aws Kinesis)
  4. Batch solution (Azure Data Factory, Aws Glue, Ssis, Aws Pipeline)
  5. Distributed compute solution (Spark, Azure Stream Analytics, Hdinsight, Emr, Databricks)
  6. Functional solution (Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions)
  7. Distributed storage (Azure Data Lake, Redshift, Sql Dw, Azure Data Lake Analysis, S3)
  8. NoSQL storage (Azure Cosmos Db, Aws Dynamodb, Mongodb, Cassandra, Hbase, Neo4j)
  9. Machine Learning (Azure Ml, Aws Sage Maker, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Cognitive Services)
  10. Languages (R, Python, Java, C#, Powershell)
  11. DW-BI (MSBI, Oracle, Teradata)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills. This should include use of modern technologies, methodologies, patterns and industry standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate technical information with effective presentation skills.
  • Experience in managing offshore/onshore resources/teams and stakeholders
  • Understand business requirements and provide architectural blueprints
  • Recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure high quality solutions
  • Mentor the team
  • Provide support to pre-sale team in building RFP
