Job Description

Tasks:- Plan, coordinate, and implement projects related to stem cell transplantation in India, in particular for patients suffering from Thalassemia- Conduct market research and risk analysis and set up a business plan related to the establishment of medical services- Prepare presentations and decision templates- Ensure compliance requirements are met within the scope of the projectEducation and work experience- Completed masters degree, e.g. with a medical or scientific background ( Please check with Patrick!)- Interest in medical topics and economics of hospitals- At least 5 years of professional experience as project manager in an international context, ideally in the medical field- Experience in working with intercultural teamsExpert knowledge and qualifications- Good general medical knowledge- Very good knowledge of English- Other languages an advantage- Confident handling of MS-Office applicationsRequired soft skills- Structured and independent way of working- Distinct conceptual skills- Very good communication and teamwork skills in an intercultural context- High degree of flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel
