Job Description

  1. Ability to manage complete SiteResponsibility.
  2. Managingsub-contractors, vendors, client & team etc.
  3. Ability to attend meeting with client confidently & handle Client pressure.
  4. Leisioning with local government agencies & other local bodies.
  5. Managingsite expenses & reporting the same to Head Office.
  6. Identifying local vendors, contractors & negotiating for best prices.
  7. Ready to be posted anywhere in India.
  8. Person with experience in cable laying, substation works, power industry will be preferred.
  9. Getting Work Orders with best prices from Clients & Agencies.
  10. Tender search in online and bidding.
  11. Lead generation for business development.
  12. Preparation of quotation & follow up with clients.
  13. Achieving/ Meeting Sales target.
  14. Reporting of site progress on daily basis.
