Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be the Support Operations focal point of contact for the Support Team: answer process questions, train them on new processes
  • Manage end to end projects: from the specifications definition to accompanying the deployment of the solution, including documenting the process and training of the team members.
  • Translate Support members (engineers, Team Leaders, Managers etc) needs to process specs and mock-ups
  • Work hand in hand with the IS teams (Salesforce and BI): - Bring them process specs that they can translate to technical specs - Assist with the deployment, QA
  • Provide data analysis before kicking out projects that require an empirical focus
  • Manage timelines with the teams
Desired Skills and Experience
  • BA in industrial Engineering, specialty in Information Technology
  • 1 to 3-year experience in a similar position - advantage for experience with Salesforce/ZenDesk/Freshdesk
  • Experience with MySQl - a plus
  • Capacity to handle volume in a high pace environment
  • Capacity to prioritize between tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
