Job Description1. At least 6 years of software development experience but have strong knowledge on Blue Prism RPA Tools (Additional Advantage to have UiPath and AA)2. Blue Prism RPA experience should be minimum 4 years (Project experience with at least delivering minimum 15 to 18 process independently3. Certification in Developer Blue Prism RPA is a must and advantage to have architect certification4. Proficiency with NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, C# and web technologies5. Independently developed bots using Blue Prism and have experience working with clients (UAT and implementation) and deploying the BP Bots6. Expertise in working with cloud environment is an advantage7. Must have independently developed and implemented automated bots using any of the RPA tools (UIPath, Blue Prism Winautomation)8. Must have done the RPA documentations (as per the discipline of RPA)9. Adhere to the plan and committed delivery with respect to COST, Quality and timeline10. Expertise in RPA solution analysis, RPA design and best practices for RPA11. Expertise in guiding RPA developers, RPA design and code review12. Expertise in demo to customer and independently owned and involved in QA, UAT signoff with the customer13. Expertise in validating and ensuring the required test data and successfully used methods to ensure good test coverage (test cases)14. Ability to understand the business case from the requirement and also have the expertise on cascading the business case to the RPA developers15. Knowledge of cognitive RPA development (AI, Machine Learning) is an added advantage16. Must share the cases of working closely with the client business users, RPA Process SME or Analyst, RPA Architect and the RPA developers.17. Ability to classify the complexity of the requirement form RPA perspective and provide rationale on the derived effort.18. Must have the experience in RPA technical feasibility study19. Must have a good understanding of RPA methodology, best practices and guidelines20. Expertise in working in Agile development environment and methodology is an added advantage21. Expected to have good communication particularly experience in working and communicating closely with Client Business Users,
