Product OwnerPlans, designs, and drives development of a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products to end of life.Responsibilities:Collaborates with product management to develop and drive the end to end strategy and operational product roadmap for engaging with and integrating external Managed Service(s) Providers within the API-based, HPE GreenLake Central Cloud Services public cloud Monitoring, Logging, and SLA reporting platform service.Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).* Partners with engineering leadership and scrum teams to translate higher level product requirements into specific development features and user stories, develop detailed and prioritized backlogs and drive to production release via an Agile Methodology.* Interacts with and ensures development participation from multiple supporting groups such as Support, Documentation and User Experience (UX) to ensure a total customer experience.Education and Experience Required:Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.8 years of Agile Product Management/Product Owner experience with SaaS platform management experience, specifically IAM design and integration, preferable.* Experience with common public cloud (AWS or Azure) infrastructure monitoring and logging tools such as Kibana, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, AWS CloudWatch/CloudTrails, and Azure Monitor/LogAnalytics.* Experience providing requirements for APIs.* Experience defining and implementing Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics and supporting reporting systems.AWS or Azure public cloud Infrastructure (IaaS) deployment experience.* Experience working with Manages Services Providers.Knowledge and Skills:Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.* Knowledge and direct experience working in an Agile development environment; particularly the Product Owner role.Expert skills in creating detailed feature and user story descriptions.Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.* Expert knowledge and experience working with multi-level IAM models.* Experience with or strong technical knowledge with public Cloud IAM functions and operations.Extra credit: Experience with cloud security deployment and monitoring (SIEM) best practices.Job:EngineeringJob Level:ExpertHewlett Packard Enterprise is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.HPE will comply with all applicable laws related to the use of arrest and conviction records, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and similar laws and will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.,
