nullIn this role, you have the opportunity to:The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team(s). Serves as the customer proxy allocated to work with the agile team(s), ensuring the quality and the delivery of the business critical and priority features to meet customer expectations across program increments.Is responsible for defining, prioritizing, documenting and accepting stories, non-functional and functional requirements, and managing theteams backlog. Works with business owners, architects, product management, Q&R and software leaders contributing to vision and programbacklog, preparing for program increment planning and streamlining the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual andtechnical integrity of the features or components for the respective team(s) throughout the product life cycle.You are responsible for

• Contributes to and reviews program vision, roadmap and content presentations.
• Drafts the team s specific objectives for the program increment: develops and explicitly communicates the Product Goal;
• Prepares and participates in release planning, contributes to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog.
• Is accountable for creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items, ordering Product Backlog items according to their priority; and ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood. Defines iterations and stories with the team(s). Builds, edits, reviews and reprioritizes the team(s) backlog, coordinating dependencies with other POs. Has the primary responsibility for maintaining the story flow, possibly embedded in the agile team(s). Defines stories and provides input for user story details and priorities, establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan. Supports team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing. Facilitates and leads sprint planning and refining sessions
• May define functional and non-functional requirements as well as the user interface. Identifies gaps between current system and client/market needs
• Manages content deliverables and dependencies to external suppliers
• Facilitates inter-team dependencies in the respective sprints
• Participates in team demo and retrospectives. Works with other product owners to produce the system demo, delivers system demo for his scope to the business owner and product management team
• May ensure validation of the system with the client

• Enabling data sharing cross enterprise and cross Philips products by data federation and harmonized data models
• While ensuring system interoperability and enabling 3rd party systems to participate in data federation

• Reduced costs of development and operations

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 10+ years work experience; with minimum 2 years of relevant Product Owner experience
• Work experience on systems used in healthcare or knowledge of Healthcare Interoperability is an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAFe and Agile Development. Shall be very good technically; possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, cross-discipline and cross-culture environment. Experience in working in project teams, involving SW designers, SW engineers as well as working with multisite teams
• Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented.
• Firm decision maker and shall possess good influencing skills. Ability to stay focused on the target in an ambiguous situation.
• Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in an international environment is an added advantage
