We are looking to hire Problem ManagerQualificationsBachelor or Masters degree Job ResponsibilitiesRole Description (Role & Responsibilities)1) Problem Management manage Problems to ensure that these are diagnosed logged and escalated to appropriate and consistent quality standards co ordinate Service Desk IT staff and Customers to ensure accurate and appropriate communications during Problems 2) Part of Group IT Global Infrastructure Domain SDMs are the Key interface points SPOC for Global Infra clients Group APPS Service Teams BRMs Regional IT teams 3) Accountable for effective delivery of Infra services to the clients of their respective regions 4) Works closely with their region clients and help in conducting analysis on performance metrics including incident change and problem management 5) Works closely with service owners of global infra and help them in meeting client expectations and requirements Conducts data and trend analysis on performance and service parameters and help them improve service levels Location- Noida and MumbaiExperience- 9 to 12 YearsPrimary Skills:1) Demonstrable customer management service skills 2) Very good understanding and awareness of the ITIL Incident Change Problem management process and procedures ,
