Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for PRINTER SUPPORT ENGINEER
    • Good English communication skills
    • Knowledge on End-To-End IT Life-Cycle
    • Providing warranty based support on-field for the customers or user of Desktop/Laptop
    • Diagnose Printer hardware (Commercial/Consumer models) for finding faulty hardware
    • Provide solution to user/customer by promptly identifying the right hardware component required to be added or replaced to overcome the defect
    • Capable to rightly replace all the required hardware components of the Printers/Copiers, IPS Printers
    • Proficient in using various OEM defined Tool-Kits for servicing/repairing the Printers
    • Proficient in printer spares Components, Toners, Print-heads, Scanner-Lens, etc.
    • Superior interactive skills to communicate with client and customer teams, for understanding their service demands
    • Expertise in customer relationship matters and proficient managerial skills
    • Field support mandatory Engineers shall be required to travel to assigned customer sites/locations and provide service support (onsite)
    • Should have a long-time career-oriented goal to work for this demand in our organization
