Job Description

    Responsibilities:This individual will be required to participate in all phases of our Agile Scrum Software Development Life Cycle.This will include, but is not limited to:

    Requirements:We are looking for candidates who have a strong background and demonstrated success in:
    • Software Development
    • Force.com Platform
    • Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Financial Force PSA (preferred)
    • Flow, Visual Force and APEX Coding
    • Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred
    • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
    • Lightning Component Configuration
    • Aurora Components
    • Salesforce Integrations Experience with web services (REST, JSON & XML, etc.)
    • Respond to customer requests that have been escalated from Tier 1 support
    • Work with closely with our customers and Tier 1 support team to provide technical answers, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workarounds related to supported applications
    • Create knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiency while also empowering and enabling the Salesforce community
    • 2+ years experience in Salesforce CRM technical support
    • Salesforce Trailhead Badges
    • Strong verbal and writing skills
    • Ability to see things from a customer s perspective, be empathetic and provide great service
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
    Candidates should be an excellent team player and mentor, yet capable of working independently. They will be expected to work with minimal direction as well as work proactively and collaboratively as members of large global project.Desirable Requirements
