Job Description

    Presales Conusltant/Bid Manager Role - Locations - Bengaluru and Pune only Roles and Responsibilities 1. Lead in demand generation by creating pro-active proposals and offerings for hunting accounts. 2. Lead the solution and Own the large deals. Ideate solution strategy, presentation, due diligence, solution walk through etc. 3. Develop innovative Deal themes, Thought Leadership, Value proposition, Commercial constructs 4. Coordination with Service Lines, Finance, HR, Legal etc., to create overall solution, proposal construct and pricing 5. Proposal Defense and customer presentations 6. Study the market trends, best practices and analyse the offerings that can be taken to the customers in ANZ. 7. Lead in demand generation by creating pro-active proposals and offerings for hunting accounts. 8. To closely work with Delivery team to create proactive proposals in existing accounts Qualifications: Skills Required 1. Ability to work in complex team structures, flexibility and attention to detail 2. Prior experience in BFSI Domain, Pre Sales would be an advantage 3. Confidence to understand, articulate ideas and ability to network are critical success factors. 4. Should possess good written and communication skills 5. Competency : IT Outsourcing, BFSI Domain, exposure to ADM & AMS engagements and Bid Management 6. Conversant of recent technology trends and its impact on customers and their end customers.,
