Job Description

    We are hiring for Pre Sales Executive in Bangalore for Real Estate industryQualification - Graduation6 days working, Sunday fixed offShifts- Day shiftJob type- permanentWork from office onlyWHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Communicating with residents in houses Ivy Homes is evaluating, Channel Partners Ivy Homes team works with, Property Managers and Home Owners as necessary from time to time.
    • Explaining the concept of Ivy Homes, how we buy & sell homes, and why it would be a wise decision to sell your home to us
    • Gather preliminary vital information pertaining to the sellers home from publicly available sources as also through conversation
    • Monitoring leads, handholding through the inspection and valuation process internally to ensure offers are made to sellers at the earliest possible time
    • Working with Channel Partner Managers, Property Managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure steady flow of leads and conversations to a pre-defined target
    • Work with Google Sheets and CRM alike to generate and analyse performance reports
    • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
    • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers.
    • In depth understanding of and coordination with Operations team for Home Inspections
    • Staying informed about competing products and services.
    • Helping close acquisitions and achieving acquisition targets with the team.
    WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
    • 3 years of experience in a similar kind of role in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Enthusiasm to learn record maintenance and reporting in a new CRM system
    • Basic business understanding
    • Basic numbers proficiency, and an understanding of cost, profit and loss and such business concepts
    • Proficient in written and verbal English, both formal & informal, spoken Hindi and ideally some language(s) from the Southern part of India
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
    • Proficiency in maintaining data in order at all times.
    • Strong observation skills
