Job Description

  • Role :Application Developer
  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Must Have Skills :PeopleSoft PeopleTools
  • Good To Have Skills :Oracle PeopleSoft HCM
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a-Design strategy for data conversion and manage conversion activities b-Coordinates with Functional, Business and Transformation Team to Translate business requirement to technical document and diagram c-Design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for CoreHR, Benefits and Payroll d-Design and build Conversion programs in HCM e-Fix/update existing conversion program
      • Technical Experience : a-Must have worked on PeopleSoft HCM 92 and PeopleTools 854 or above b-Must be expert in Oracle SQL/PL SQL c-Should have prior experience of working on Peoplesoft Conversion and/or Implementation project d-Must be expert in PeopleSoft PeopleTools ie-AppEngine, SQR,Component Interfaces, AppDesigner,Peoplecode,XML Publisher and Application Packages e-Must have good Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft CoreHR,Benefits and/or Payroll for NA Region
      • Professional Attributes : a-Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
    • Educational Qualification : Any BE/BTech/or Graduate from reputed University with regular 15yrs of education
