Job Description

  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft Administration Experience (FSCM/HCM)
  • Very strong knowledge on PeopleSoft upgrade processes and methodology.
  • Hands on experience with multiple upgrades projects and having at least two 9.2 upgrade experience.
  • Ability to handle multi step upgrades and complex requirements.
  • Ability to identify hardware and software requirements for upgrade projects.
  • Ability to work independently on planning of instances throughout upgrade project life cycle.
  • PeopleSoft Server Administration Installation, Configuration, maintenance of application servers, process schedulers, web servers, file servers and Setup of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture PIA environment
  • Perform PeopleTools and Application upgrade using change assistant.
  • Applied Patches/Bundles from the PeopleSoft Customer Connection to the PeopleSoft databases on timely basis.
  • Good knowledge on load balancing and clustering methods.
  • Good knowledge on PeopleSoft PUM
  • Involved in PeopleSoft Integration Broker Setup.
  • Performance tuning of PeopleSoft applications.
  • Must worked on PeopleSoft UNIX Systems and Windows Systems.
  • Ability to identify project risks pro-actively
  • Good Communication skills
