Job Description

    You will join our global team as People Operations Manager in our India Region. You will use your expertise to lead operations in the area, focusing on compliance, process improvement, documentation. You will support the team in the local region. You will be joining a passionate team of People Operations folks spread across our global offices and will bring your knowledge and experiences to help us continue to shape the Operations function. You will uphold our cultural values with your hunger to learn and take ownership to deliver great outcomes on a team that respects and supports one another. iM Responsible For
    • Compliance: Coordinating and leading employment compliance audits (ISO, Annual Audits Global and Local, privacy, etc.) to identify risks and instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations as well as identifying areas for process improvement. Working with our Security, Legal, Finance and other teams on compliance-related issues as well as external audits conducted by government officials. Working closely with our Global Learning & Development Manager to ensure appropriate training is provided for our compliance requirements.
    • Process Ownership: Being an SME on our People Operations processes, policies, and tools to help support our local iManage employees and managers. Everything from onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement through to offboarding. Helping to plan and facilitate special projects as needed around People Ops transformation, process improvement, etc.
    • Mentorship: Coaching and mentoring our local People Operations team helping them achieve their goals by providing guidance and leadership.
    • Projects: Working on specific local and global People Ops projects, including data integrity and reporting, Collaborating with their counterpart in the USA on global Operations projects.
    • Collaboration: Partnering with Talent Acquisition to break down roadblocks and challenges in talent attraction and hiring. Working with local leadership and acting as the senior people ops person for local managers on urgent employee issues. Collaboration on employee engagement related activities and quarterly and annual budgets for the region.
    • Payroll and Data: Providing guidance on the India payroll and acting as a backup for the India Coordinator for payroll processing. Participating in yearly financial auditing, compliance, as well as quarter and year end processing: including state and local tax reconciliations. Partnering effectively with HR, IT, Finance and other functions to ensure appropriate flow of data and reporting.
    iM Qualified Because I Have
    • A bachelor s degree or equivalent.
    • 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment with minimum 6 + years of experience in Global Technology company.
    • Leadership experience or mentorship of other team members in an HR setting.
    • Knowledge of privacy, and other compliance protocols.
    • An ability to manage simultaneous projects and prioritize based on company and team needs.
    • Experience handling confidential matters with the utmost tact and diplomacy.
    • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Experience in records retention/management
    • Experience in handling change management at a Global Level.
