Total experience of 10 to 16 years with min 10 years of experience in PEGA PRPC Good understanding of concepts on BPM, Case Management, SOA EAI Experienced in Delivery of large BPM Applications, Handling RTB/ CTB activities of Pega Applications. Experience in managing Pega Platform which hosts multiple Pega Applications along with multiple integration partners. Three- Four full life cycle implementation of Pega Applications including all aspects of SDLC Experienced in Creation of RFPs, Vendor Product evaluation Experienced in any of Pega PRPC frameworks including CPM, Smart Investigate, Smart Good to have certificates including CSSA, CLSA, PMP, TOGAF Banking domain knowledge including Disputes management, Compliance, Mortgage management, Front Back office operations (Retail ops) Good understanding of processes followed in RTB CTB including incident management, Change mngt, SDLC etc Should be capable of defining Best practices enable practice of Guard rails across Pega Platform Hands on experience in Pega PRPC v6.x, assist team on technical challenges on Pega PRPC Knowledge on AES, BIX, Java/ J2EE, App Web Servers (WAS, IIS, tomcat), Databases (MS SQL, Oracle), UNIX/ AIX is preferable Should have worked in multi team, multi vendor environments A good leader with experience in leading small to large size team across partners Strong Vendor management skills demonstrating optimal utilisation of resources, Budget management. Experienced in building BPM Competency center with required governance Structure.
