We are looking for a seasoned candidate for our Internal Communications team for our Credit Business in India with a purpose to:- Design and deliver impactful campaigns to ensure employees understand, feel engaged and connected to the overall business objectives - Improve employee engagement, as well as physical and mental wellbeing - across the Indian credit organization - Drive internal excitement and buzz around the evolution of Credit products- Partner leaders and mangers in Credit to ensure maximum clarity, and creation of engaging material suitable for diverse employee groups at a local, Indian and global level- Be the eyes and ears to listen and feedback what is resonating well among employeesWhat youll be doing:- As part of the global communications team with a focus on the Credit business in India, propose and executing communication campaigns for Credit, in close partnership with HR and the business leadership team- Key partner in shaping and executing One India strategy, plus global campaigns such as AI- Collaborating with Credit leaders in the preparation, delivery and continuous improvement of virtual Credit all hands, country-specific events and financial updates - Partnering with HR to ensure leaders continue to be open, and honest and connect with employees, take feedback and recognition to next level- Contribute, build, pilot and roll out comms toolkit so that managers can lead with empathy and put people first even more.- Partner with HR to ensure Credit employees are aware and benefit from all wellness-related support- Building merchant centric approach in Credit (strategy & content for multichannel merchant centric internal messaging)- Continuous improvement through dialogue and measurement- Proactive sharing of experiences (good and bad) with rest of international comms team.What we are looking for:- 5-7 years of experience focusing on employee engagement / internal communications for at least two international organizations- Affinity with digital channels and Entersprise Social Networks - Workplace from Facebook is a plus- Experience of transformation initiatives and implementing cultural change- Evidence of simplifying complex topics- Experience of coaching leaders to communicate differently, and with greater impact- Graphic design knowledge - Figma is a plus, but not a must- Video editing a plusAbout us:PayU is a leading online payment service provider dedicated to creating a fast, simple and efficient payment process for merchants and buyers.
