Job Description

HR & PAYROLL ExecutivePAYROLL

  • Ensure delivery of payroll processing and operational aspects of payroll processing are accurately carried out on a monthly basis within SLA, for clients.
  • Process new joiners payroll and F&F of employees leaving organization accurately.
  • Preparation of payroll MIS like Payroll statement, Reconciliation, Bank advices, etc.
  • Computation and disbursement of Increments, Bonus, Statutory Compliances of PF, ESCI etc. and any other deductions.
  • Handle payroll queries from customers employees. Analyze, audit, reconcile and resolve complex payroll processing issues.
  • Getting Involved in customer engagement activities, will be one point of contact for customers.
  • Support all internal and external audits related to payroll.
  • Driving quality initiatives to bring continuous improvements
Desired Candidate profile
  • More than 5 years experience in payroll management for over 2000 employees count & should have managed 3 to 5 members in prior experience.
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of Indian Taxes (TDS), ESI, PF, PT, Gratuity and other critical payroll statutes is a MUST
  • Experience in handling outsourced payroll operations for multiple clients, will be an added benefit.
  • Having experience in HR/Payroll Saral Paypack
  • English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent capabilities on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and self-driven
