Job Description

Order Operation SpecialistThis role has been designated as Edge , which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Partners with stakeholders and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment. Working with cross-functional teams. Scope includes order management/Supply chain (Order booking, Credit re-bill, RMA, and Invoicing). Engage cross-functionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for the organization (may include customer availability, service levels, on-time delivery, and supplier response time).We are looking for a responsible & experienced specialist to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Specialist responsibilities include working closely with our team & management to prepare comprehensive action plans for process, team, improvement plans. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining process documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you ll collaborate with and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

  • Applying specialized subject matter knowledge to solve moderately complex issues
  • Supporting transitioning of business into team and implementation of account specific productivity improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining and monitoring process plans & schedules.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Manage full orders life cycle, from PO to billing
  • Support team by resolving complex or escalated issues
  • Oversees the organization and delegation of work/responsibilities. Assumes, assigns or re-assigns responsibilities temporarily, as necessary
  • Fosters a team environment in which new knowledge and ideas drive growth, engagement and continuous improvement of team.
  • Operates with a high level of confidentiality, by building and maintaining trust, open and honest communication between customers both internal and external.
  • Supports advanced- and complex-level transaction processes for special or non- typical assignments independently.
  • Identifies complex level quote to Cash & supply chain anomalies and leads the process-oriented tasks to resolve the issues
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking critical tasks as required.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all team members.
  • Work closely with management team to provide feedback and identify opportunities for improvement to team & operational process efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with peers and other company personnel.
  • Review current processes and make recommendations for improvements & implementation
  • Adhere to all process & organization Guidelines/Policies.
  • Serves as a process expert within the supply chain/Sales/partners/distributers/PAOM and different level of teams.
  • Track, process & analyze Orders & Reports/Identify Customer Needs/Dispute handling
  • Leads and coordinates daily work activities; responsible for overall shift output and manages timelines.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Supply chain & Order management processes (Quote to Cash).
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytics and data modelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
