Job Description

    • Lead the Company Sales Team by providing strategic direction and growth for the business.
    • Sell the firms products and services across clients. Up Sell, Cross Sell and meet the need of clients across all products and services.
    • Ensure appropriate resource allocation among clients in order to drive client profitability and grow the business.
    • Develop a coordinated strategy with key businesses and functions, identifying and implementing revenue maxing opportunities.
    • Ensure revenue and expense goals are met, budgets and limits are established.
    • Develop B2B sales, franchisee, business partners and other similar verticals for business scaling and development.
    • Identify top talent, enhance development, engagement and career opportunities for the team.
    • Take responsibility, Own and achieve annual Targets. Assist, motivate and take responsibility for the team to achieve their targets too.
    • Build and Train Sales team for effective clients handling and business growth.
    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base across product categories and locations.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives so as to develop our business.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations for better business decisions.
