Handling 80-100 bank Virtual Relationship Managers for Life insurance Business.Training all the Relationship managers on floor to improve their pitching skills and more lead generation.Creating Investment Portfolios for HNI customers (Mutual Fund, Govt Schemes, Life insurance products, Fixed Deposits and all the required instrumentProviding comparison excel sheets to Relationship Managers for their ease while talking to the customer via call.Dealing customers on calls and closing it on call itself.Fixing appointment withhni clients for betterment of lead conversion RatioMaintaining database on daily basis on provided company tools.Joined in for supporting Liabilities department and then given ManagedPortfolio segment due to better knowledge and performance (from home loanand auto loan segment to PRIORITY customers of Bank)Given BURGUNDY customers (top variant customer account) as well alongwith PRIORITY customers.Supporting and taking care of 7 Unit Managers team with more than 90 Relationship Managers.
