    We have an urgent opening for Project Manager at the Bangalore locationPosition : Project ManagerLocation : Bangalore Years of Exp : 11-14 years Position : 2
    • Purpose of your role
    A Project Manager within TIS will be responsible for executing Technology infrastructure projects supporting internal business, business-aligned technology stakeholders and full end-to-end Infrastructure projects. The role requires strong infrastructure Project Management experience with the ability to form projects from inception and good knowledge of waterfall and Agile approaches.Key Responsibilities
    • Responsible for executing end to end Technology projects from inception Project Manager for Information Security-related projects end-to-end. Form appropriate teams & structures, depending on Agile or Waterfall Leading key Infrastructure programs/ projects globally - solution design, build necessary infrastructure, deliver to production Manage global, virtual teams of technical specialists from various Information Security & Technology Infrastructure Support disciplines to flesh out requirements & deliver technical design, procurement & implementation of solutions Drive appropriate Agile team behaviours and promote Agile principles, values & techniques within teams Establish project timelines, action plans, risk management & change control procedures & monitoring progress against agreed timelines Produce & maintain key project processes, SharePoint site & associated artefacts including project plans, budgets, stakeholder status reports etc. Stakeholder management & communication planning. Establish & maintain a good working relationships with Technology Infrastructure Support teams, technology delivery, Information Security & other business clients. Manage any 3rd party vendors to assigned projects Manage any escalated issues, liaise with global teams, external vendors & business units to resolve issues Develop an enthusiastic, motivated, high-performing team with a global mindset.
