Job Description

Our client is the Health-tech initiative of Indias largest business house. Started in 2015, it empowers healthcare providers and consumers in India. All healthcare monitoring services are made available through an app that will help connect doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and consumers, enabling preventive and predictive healthcare. It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen the doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience. As the Sr. Associate/ Deputy Manager- Online Performance Marketing , you will be responsible for grounding-up strategy development for online marketing with the BU head, executing all the paid online campaign, specific focus on mobile devices, and maximizing ROI on digital marketing as the company wants to minimize Customer Acquisition Cost and increase the number of transactions. What you will do: Major Deliverables Conceptualization & Incubation

  • Planning Digital sales and customer touch point management,
  • Conceptualizing paid digital marketing strategies from scratch for a new category, where some concepts are untested.
  • Developing online targeted communities for patients with chronic conditions and those looking for specific inputs.
  • Participating with team for Mobile Application Development; optimize app and portal content for SEO.
  • Developing & Monitoring Mobile Marketing Strategy- track and monitor metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC.
  • Developing & Monitoring paid Social Media Marketing + Video Marketing Strategy
Execution
  • Conducting Digital performance campaigns in partnership with the Mainline Marketing team
  • Planning, Developing and Tracking Social Media campaigns
  • Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media programs. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to optimize spend.
  • Planning product campaigns, guide execution and monitoring to promote business and leads generation
  • Translating goals and objectives into actionable & measurable paid digital marketing programs including SEO, Google ads (Search, GDN, UAC), social (Majorly Facebook and Instagram), mobile, email, online media, and other digital components
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • You should have 3-4 years in marketing function with a strong digital background.
Experience in:o Performance Marketing (Majorly Google and Facebook) Search, GDN, Social Media, Native ads, Programmatic, UAC campaigns.o Paid Online Campaignso Strong control of Google analyticso Excellent knowledge in understanding reports from Google platforms and social mediao Understanding of Mix panel will be an added advantageo Audience targetingo In depth knowledge of Search Engine Marketing is a must
  • Past experience in improving performance marketing for the paid campaigns will be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Web site Analytics and Website Conversion Metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL).
  • Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as brand website development, social media marketing/community management, display banner advertising, SEM, SEO, user-generated content, marketing automation, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
