Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various non-technical positions across the organization. With 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, you will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
