Job description :Roles & Responsibilities :1. Handling the Bangalore and nearby territory Sales independently, majorly to Hotels, IT & ITES Companies, Corporates, Top Facility Management Companies.2. Market Mapping, New Customer Prospect Generation- New Sales3. Online use of ZOHO software for logging the sales activities4. Timely Payment collections.5. Making Annual Maintenance Contract/Rate Contract with the Customers6. Co-ordinating with the Operations team for the demos, surveys and job executions.Mandatory Skills :1. Communication Skills involving listening, understanding, and asking questions to provide appropriate solutions2. Negotiation Skills to convince our customers to buy our services at justified price.3. Clean & Hygiene know how of Hospitality Industry4. Hands-on Experience on Computer for Proposal Making and Management Reporting.Desired Skills :1.
