Job Description

    National Key Account Manager (FMCG )Salary : OpenLocation : India Desired Profile :- 10-12 years of experience in the FMCG sector is a MUST- MBA from a premier B- School- Current/Previous as a National Key Account Manager is a MUST- Additional experience in Trade Marketing or Regional Sales will be an advantage- Highly analytical and numerateRoles & Responsibilities : - Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.- Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel.- Develop and manage a long-term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts.- Define and lead the process of negotiating annual customer trade terms.- Lead and develop the Key Accounts Team.- Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving companys objective and vision.- Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends).- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy.- Lead resource for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.- Category management and Promotion planning.- Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions- Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer- Achieving consistent growth by managing various internal and external stakeholders- Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building.- Lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts- Provide trade information, competitors activities and market intelligent to company.- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolve outstanding debts.- Resolve customers trade issues, complaints and operational matters.- Manage workforce across the Modern Trade channel.- Manage and review outstation outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local Sales Management.- Assist and coach sales team to achieve their KPIs.,
