Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Good To Have Skills :Microsoft Teams Infrastructure
      • Key Responsibilities : -Knowledge in Microsoft Teams Advanced troubleshooting of Design and Production issues -Coordinate implementation of new design with O365 team -Create/Update Microsoft Teams troubleshooting procedures -Create/Update various Microsoft Teams Admin Tools using PowerShell, dot Net
      • Technical Experience : -Work with Voice and Video team to implement Microsoft Teams EV globally / Expert level knowledge in Voice services, MS teams Enterprise voice skills is highly desirable -Deep experience with Azure AD Group, O365 license management and O365 Groups
      • Professional Attributes : -Have outstanding verbal communications skills -Have good client expectation management and presentation skills -Ability to build expertise of other people -Should have good problem solving and analytical skills
    • Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree
