This requires excellent architecture and dev- ops process in software development, operations, and site reliability engineering (SRE).We need you to: Work across Product and Support teams to ensure Citrix meets its goals for service reliability, availability, and efficiency. Manage a team of DevOps Engineers and establish/ develop industry best- practices on operations activities: incident management, deployment, monitoring, automation, backups and resiliency. Drive projects/ technical initiatives and architectural/ technical service improvements Be proficient in one or more cloud providers, i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP Be a hands- on engineering manager Ensure alignment and execution across Development, Support, and Cloud Operations You are a hands- on manager for an SRE team applying modern DevOps & SRE techniques operating a large- scale distributed SaaS application across multiple clouds. You are well versed in a large number of technologies and welcome new tools and techniques. You are always looking for patterns and ways to increase efficiency, eliminate downtime, optimize costs, and maintain performance at scale. You are able to drive improvements in technical standards and processes to deliver the best customer experience.You will be successful in this role if you: Have 3+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams Have a Software Engineering background with a passion for DevOps Enjoy working with a large variety of services and technologies Demonstrate a solid understanding of development, debugging, administration and automation frameworks. Have experience with logging platforms and application performance metrics: DataDog, NewRelic, Splunk, ELK, App Insights Analytics, etc. Have experience with source control and continuous integration tools: Git/ Stash, BitBucket, Jenkins, etc. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Bonus points for: Experience with both Windows and Linux Operating Systems Experience with driving compliance efforts: SOC2, FedRAMP.
