Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. The Manager would lead a team of highly skilled Technical Program Managers(TPMs) to help drive large and complex engagements to increase Oracle s customer base to OCI. OCI is the next generation cloud service built from the ground up to support the most demanding application requirements addressing a wide range of customer use cases. The team of TPMs are responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of customer implementations/migrations of workloads on OCI. You will be working closely with Oracle Sales and leadership to develop new business as well as to position the solutions at the heart of the largest transformations, including focusing on solutions based on OCI s Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. Responsibilities include:

• Lead discussions with Oracle Customers and C-Suite executives to modernization and move applications on-premise to Oracle Cloud
• Partner with Customers & Cloud Architects/Engineers to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architecture using OCI.
• Engage with the Sales Representatives, Cloud Architects and Engineers to ensure business needs can be addressed with OCI s go-to market capabilities.
• Listen, understand, and analyze the prospect s business requirements and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible OCI solution is presented to Customer
• Leads team of Technical Program Managers who in-turn leads large and complex Cloud Migration/Implementation engagements
• Lead project team of diverse skills and working styles
• Manage project schedule, issue/risk register, resources, and communication
• Assign and facilitate tasking into all team members controlling priority, status, and visibility
• Manage project scope and execute appropriate change requests
• Manage project financials including revenue forecast, project margin, and project cash flow
• Manage relationships throughout the customer organization including all project team members, business contributors and stakeholders, and executive management
• Act as a liaison to prospects, customers and partners.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers and prospects and understand their objectives. Solicit and provide product feedback from customers and prospects.
• Participate in meetings and conferences with customers and partners to serve as a liaison between Oracle internal organizations such as Cloud Engineering, Technical Support and Product Development
• Single point of contact for Executive escalations on Customer Engagements

Preferred qualifications include:

• Management and Leadership experience managing highly skilled technical program managers
• 10+ years experience engaging with industry senior leaders (CxO & Director level) on business challenges. Able to listen and analyze a prospect s requirements and present to a compelling business value message of a solution
• Experience of managing Cloud transformation projects is a must
• Demonstrated ability to present functional business processes and challenges into technology solutions to executive levels with a focus on solution selling.
• Ability to craft, review and augment Statements of Work, and various project plans involving Oracle technologies
• Broad background in Digital Transformation projects and initiatives.
• Significant C-level presentation expertise.
• Strong communication skills with experience developing and managing customer relationships
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer and our company succeed
• Good understanding of Public Cloud Architecture and Pricing models

Education and Certification:

• Bachelor degree from a reputed University
• Professional certification on Project/Program Management is highly desirable
• Oracle Cloud or competitive Cloud Certification will be preferred
