Manager Talent Acquisition Job Requisition: Primary Location:Neustar is searching for a Manager Talent Acquisition to join our driven, productive, and fun HR team. As a strategic partner, the Manager Talent Acquisition aligns business objectives with management needs for the units located at India. This position delivers high quality professional candidates and advances the Neustar brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Neustar selection process. You will also be responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process, managing applications, and serving as a valuable brand ambassador. This role is based out of the Neustar Bangalore office and will report to the Director of HR, International Regions. This role will also involve 10% of travel both domestic and international. Responsibilities: Confer with leadership and managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments. Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes and implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures within the set SLA. Work with Business and Global stake holders department to confirm hiring needs and requirements Engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Neustar leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility. Supervise end- to- end recruitment life and ensure offer extensions with selected candidates within the guidelines of Neustar compensation policy. Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping stakeholders well informed about the hiring process. Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost- effective sourcing strategies. Understands technology, technical roles, and technical skills and stays abreast of technology trends. Demonstrates strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/ skills. Must be able to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints Experience and Qualifications: 10 - 12 years- experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably from IT and analytics industry An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence. Must be able to manage competing demands, accept and also provide constructive feedback for team, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Excellent project management, excel skills, presentation, writing, and oral communication skills are required. Ability to build search assignment abstracts from client engagement discussions and forms. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/ deep range of positions. Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
