About the Role:As an Operations - Sales Manager, you will perform all the following roles:- Finding leads (potential clients) from various online sources and adding those clients to our CRM.- Assisting the sales team with sales-related documentation, legal agreements, and new client profile creation.- Takes notes of meeting recordings and transcribing them into our CRM. - Onboarding new clients onto TopHire by creating their profiles and sending out client credentials.- Meeting sales projections, generating ongoing sales opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals.Qualifications:- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 4+year of experience in Sales/Customer Service related roles.- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.- Should have a strong orientation towards Sales, Research, and Market dynamics.- Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Products.- Adapt quickly to new technologies and software.About Us :TopHire is a recruitment marketplace that makes it fast and easy for top tech companies in India to hire the top 2% of engineers, product managers, data scientists, and designers.
