Manager Projects Manager Projects Total 1 - Mechanical or Metallurgy 5+ years experience Qualification/ Experience BE/ ME with good English and experience in customer interaction, planning, costing & techno commercial offer preparation. Resource identification & mobilization. Should lead & guide a team of engineers. Ability to learn/ perform multiple tasks such as basic engineering design, drawing, mechanical, physical, metallurgical, non- destructive & environmental testing etc. Should have experience in forming, fabrication, heat treatment, coating, joining and related activities. Should be able to read & understand (Eg. ASTM, IS, ISO etc.) specifications. Should have developed internal documents (SOPs, SWIs, SGLs, STPs, Work Schedules etc.) . Experience in designing, modelling and analysis etc. is a bonus. Responsibilities Plan & schedule jobs; guide, train, monitor, supervise and manage 6- 10 engineering staff. Ensure timely delivery. May be required to travel. Salary INR 60000+ per month. Negotiable. Benefits as per company rule. Package depends on competence.,
