    Job summaryDo you want to fundamentally change the way India exports Do you want your work to have a significant impact on the lives of tens of thousands of MSMEs in India who sell across Amazon s worldwide marketplaces Does solving complex problems excite you Amazon Global Selling has enabled 1,00,000 Indian exporters to cross $3 billion in cumulative exports from India that showcase crores of Made in India products today to customers across the world. This role would require you to look at the big picture of overall e-commerce exports ecosystem which consists of sellers, buyers, facilitators like logistics partners, compliance partners, payment solution partners, and other such relevant entities and formulate frameworks that can be leveraged to unlock growth opportunities for Amazon Global Selling. This role will give an opportunity to forge long-term strategic relationships and execute programs to impact business across regions and categories.Location:This position is based out of Bengaluru, India and will require travel. Key job responsibilities Understand detailed exporter lifecycle and engage with relevant partners ranging from payments, logistics, compliance, and others to form a strategic framework for the global business. Forge relationships with strategic entities and develop program elements/solutions/integrations that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components to strengthen the exports ecosystem. Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships. Lead cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing, legal, finance, tax, public policy, PR, and senior management to execute on the relationships. Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities. Manage and drive complex projects, and provide clear and confident guidance, including in situations of high ambiguity.,
    • Deep understanding of and passion for e-commerce required.
    • Experience of working in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.
    • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
    • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
    • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
    • Bachelor s degree required, MBA is preferred with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics. Strong product instincts and ability to find opportunities to leverage partners existing and in-development products, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams to build world-class features. Demonstrated experience working in the ecommerce / shopping / marketplace industry Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally. A self-starter who can take general direction and produce specific results. Capable of confidently using experience and data to assess and recommend a best course of action even in an ambiguous situation.
